Hiring an experienced virtual executive assistant – FT
Hello,
We are looking to hire an experienced virtual executive assistant to help with general tasks and to maintain a few ecommerce stores. We are NOT looking to hire a technical specialist (such as a developer or programmer). Rather, we are looking for a generalist who can help us with a variety of administrative and data entry tasks.
There will be a minimum of 200 hours per month of work. Guaranteed every month. Additional hours likely. You will bill us per hour, with 200 hours as the minimum we guarantee for each month. This is a long-term position. It is strongly preferred that you work exclusively with us fulltime. Must be fluent in English and be detail oriented.
Work is conducted through TeamViewer to our network, and you log your work hours for each task daily. We will monitor your activities to ensure work is completed and hours are billed correctly.
