The candidate will join bankruptcy/foreclosure defense law firm. Will provide administrative support to attorneys and paralegals in the firm, as well as has a positive attitude, pays attention to detail, works well with every team member and is highly organized. Opening new client files and maintain database. Updating client information Must have experience with Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat Pro. Must be able to handle concurrent multiple tasks under multiple supervisors. Answering/transferring calls on a multiple phone line system. Scheduling client appointments. Process recycling and shredded papers daily. Making Coffee, ordering supplies, seating clients, & light cleaning. Provide a variety of clerical support assistance to the multiple attorneys and paralegals. Mail sorting and scanning. Excellent communication/interpersonal skills plus. Excellent multi-tasking skills desired. Excellent writing skills plus. 1+ year of experience is preferred.
