Candidates will teach classes in ABA recognized Paralegal Studies Associates degree program. Will help educate students begin their journey toward their new careers. Teaching: Legal Research and Writing, Torts, Criminal Law, Contracts. Will: Instruct classes according to an approved course syllabus using accepted and effective teaching methods in such a way as to contribute to the achievement of the institutional goals. Advising and tutoring students Maintain current and accurate attendance and grade records Develop stimulating daily lesson plans. Remain current in their teaching field and to participate in faculty meetings, instructional seminars, and in-service training sessions. Contact and advise students on a weekly basis who are succeeding or struggling in the course.
