Conflicts Attorney Opportunity – Any Office or Remote

An established national law firm is seeking a Conflicts Attorney to join its Risk Management Department. This position is available in any office or remote, with a shift of 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Pacific Time. This is a full-time, permanent position.

About the Role

The Conflicts Attorney will review and analyze new business intake, perform conflicts checks, evaluate potential conflicts of interest, and prepare waiver and consent documentation. The attorney will advise on ethical walls and maintain the conflicts database.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze new business intake for potential conflicts


• Perform conflicts checks and evaluate potential conflicts of interest


• Prepare waiver and consent documentation


• Advise on ethical walls and maintain the conflicts database

Qualifications

• J.D. required; licensed attorney


• 8-10 years of conflicts analysis experience preferred


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Compensation

The reasonably expected pay scale for this position is $160-$220k.
