The candidate will focus on employee benefits and executive compensation matters including qualified and non-qualified plans, health and welfare plans, mergers and acquisitions and incentive equity arrangements. Should have 5+ years of relevant attorney experience with an emphasis on employee benefits administration and compliance is required. Law firm experience preferred; attorneys working in-house at companies that focus on employee benefits will be considered. Juris Doctorate degree and admission to practice law in one U.S. jurisdiction with the ability to be barred in the District of Columbia is required. Must have excellent academic credentials as well as strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Of Counsel and Junior Partner-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
