The candidate will be responsible for: Using Quickbooks. Using Timeslips and perhaps eventually practice management software. Account reconciliation for operating and client fund accounts. Accounts Receivable and Payable. Enter time and prepare bills. Must be willing to pitch in when needed to assist in Administrative Assistance. Should have 3+ years of Quickbooks experience(IOLTA experienced required), 3 years of Timeslips Experience and is a meticulous detail oriented team-oriented person. Must have 3+ years Word and Excel experience.
