Staff Attorney
Duties: Responsible for extensive legal research, analysis, writing, and speaking in support of the Center for Agricultural Law & Taxation and Center activities. Specific areas of focus include, but are not limited to, agricultural taxation, lease law, fence and property law, farm estate and transition planning, bankruptcy, environmental and natural resource law, regulatory law, antitrust and farm policy. Will be responsible for staying informed and informing others on current agricultural law developments in Iowa and around the nation. Will conduct and participate in general educational seminars and continuing education classes and workshops.
