USA RESIDENTS ONLY
Summary
**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. is looking for an experienced bookkeeper/office manager to join our team of 15 in 7 states to help us fulfill our mission of building the world's largest community of commercial construction industry professionals.
WE STRONGLY PREFER SOMEONE WITH VENTURE BACKED SOFTWARE COMPANY EXPERIENCE.
You'll be working with a world class team from the best schools and businesses:
****You've seen a ton of job descriptions, but you've never seen one like this because what we're really looking for between the lines here is for entrepreneurs who want to start their own business someday, no matter what the industry or idea, as long as it is not directly competitive with the company, and we will be your seed funding. We want to invest in our best people and help them accomplish their dreams.
Our founder, who began his career at Dell (badge #244) and Oracle, has started and sold several tier 1 venture and angel backed businesses in both tech and finance. He's been helping mentor other entrepreneurs for years and in 2012 volunteered to start and run the 5th StartUp Grind Chapter (they now have 300 in 110 countries). Over 20 of his former hires have gone on to start businesses with multiple exits ranging from multiple software companies, a VC firm, a broker/dealer investment firm to even a trucking business started by a Harvard MBA! (who is also an investor in NiceLeads) In fact, our founder has been at Dell, Oracle, Dallas Semiconductor, started ServiceLane (Sold NYSE:OC) and Annandale Capital, a $1.2b investment firm, and has investors from all five companies. He values relationships.
We are looking for the perfect folks and encourage you to apply if:
You want to be an entrepreneur someday and have a desire to help others with their goals
You want to join an early stage startup with big upside to work on interesting problems.
You thrive in a fast paced environment and are very proactive, not needing tons of direction
If you're the type of person who sees a problem, and fixes it. No questions asked.
Have you ever read A Message to Garcia? (look it up)
You're a team player in every sense, and maybe even have a great sense of humor. We take our work very seriously but don't take ourselves seriously at all.
Skills
(no newbies. We're looking for at least 5 years of experience and prefer 10 )
