Profile

Seeking a Mid/Senior-Level Corporate Associate with 4-6 years customs compliance experience in a large law firm or government agency. Relevant experience includes counseling clients on customs issues (e.g., classification, valuation, marking, preference claims), conducting compliance reviews, drafting prior disclosures, representing clients before U.S. Customs and Border Protection, etc. Must be admitted to and a member in good standing of a U.S. State Bar. Must have a JD degree from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member in good standing of the Bar.
