Director, Litigation Support And E-Discovery Services
The candidate will be responsible for supervising and managing the workflow and activities of the Litigation Support and E-Discovery Team and assisting with discovery for complex litigation, legal research and trial technology. Will at times be responsible for working directly with firm clients and will lead the development of policies and procedures, training requirements, and strategic vision for the E-Discovery program and platform. Supervise the Litigation Support and E-Discovery Team. Consult with firm attorneys, paralegals and, at times, clients regarding e-Discovery issues. Communicate with e-Discovery Analysts, MD attorneys, paralegals and clients to create an e-Discovery plan, understand deadlines and suggested budget for e-Discovery projects. Manage legal and fact research services. Manage and support MD attorneys and paralegals in the use of trial technology. JD degree is preferred. Should have 7-10 years of litigation support, electronic discovery, project management and legal database experience. Must have 5-7 years experience in managing a team. Must exhibit strong technical writing skills, maintain client confidentiality, ability to analyze information and communicate processes, and excellent follow-up skills. Experience in working with document review platforms required.
