Associate Attorney
The candidate will help manage a rapidly expanding caseload. Must have 2 years experience managing contentious divorce and family law cases such as contested divorces, custody modification cases, paternity actions, orders of protection, and dependency and neglect juvenile cases. Must be proficient and comfortable with technology and particularly at ease with the use of various cloud based practice management programs. Must be a self-starter, and capable of independently managing a caseload. As the position permits and encourages telecommuting, ideal candidates must be self-motivated and capable of independently managing cases. Must be comfortable working in a team environment where individuals encourage and support each other‘s efforts. Must be focused on providing exceptional customer service which means billing appropriately; returning telephone calls and emails in a timely manner; and advancing cases in an expeditious manner. The position requires a mandatory minimum of 100 hours billed each month.
