The candidate's duties include: Handling phone calls from various agencies with the utmost competence, as well as speaking to clients, court personnel, adjusters, and attorneys. Active Tennessee law license with a strong knowledge of Tennessee state law and statutes. Preferred experience in litigation, depositions, mediations, and court appearances. Must be highly organized, utilize effective time management, and can multi-task while remaining courteous and responsive to clients. Preferred 2 years of legal experience in the personal injury field, plaintiff or defense.
