Legal Receptionist/Transcriptionist (part-time)
The candidate will provide a wide range of administrative support, including: Handling phones, Answering and directing calls, Taking messages, Scheduling. Transcription/dictation (Fast/accurate typing is a MUST) (Letters, legal documents, deposition summaries, etc.). Requesting Medical Records, following up to obtain records, forwarding records, etc. Scanning/Copying/Filing. Will be dealing directly with clients and opposing law firms, so personal skills are a must. Previous Office Experience Preferred. High School required. Software Familiarity like Microsoft Word, Google Suite, Adobe Acrobat required.
