is looking for caring and dedicated On Call Weekend Caregiver!
This job posting is specifically for the Weekend On-Call Caregiver
position.
In this position you will be on call from Friday 5:00pm to 9:00pm on Sunday for a total of 52 consecutive hours over the assigned weekend. While on call, Caregiver should be fully prepared to leave on short notice to go a client’s home if called in. This means being fully groomed, dressed, having food packed, and access to a reliable vehicle to and from work.
Caregiver will be expected to perform all necessary duties for each client and will be given an accurate care plan to follow for each client.
If called in, Caregiver will be expected to be available to immediately head to the client's home to provide in-home care to the elderly in any location within our service area: Los Angeles County and San Fernando Valley
The On-Call Caregiver will be paid $90.00 stipend for the 52 hour time period. The hourly rate for this position is $17.00/ hour. If you are not called in, you will receive only the $90.00 stipend. The position is also reimbursed travel time and mileage from your home to client.
**Must be willing and capable of providing a full range of in-home caregiving services (care plan will be given to you prior to you arriving to the client).
**Must be comfortable working with clients who have dogs or cats in the home.
