This job posting is specifically for the Weekend On-Call Caregiver position:
In this position you will be on-call from Friday 5:00pm to Sunday 9:00pm for a total of 52 consecutive hours over the assigned weekend.
While on call, Caregiver should be fully prepared to leave on short notice to go a client’s home if called in. This means being fully groomed, dressed, having food packed, and access to a reliable vehicle to and from work.
Caregiver will be expected to perform all necessary duties for each client and will be given an accurate care plan to follow for each client.
If called in, Caregiver will be expected to be available to immediately head to the client's home to provide in-home care to the elderly in any location within our service area: Los Angeles and San Fernando Valley.
The On Cal Caregiver will be paid $90.00 stipend for the 52 hour time period. The hourly rate for this position is $17.00/ hour. If you are not called in, you will receive only the $90.00 stipend.

What We Offer:

Qualifications:
Must be Covid-19 Vaccinated
Must have 2 years of professional experience working with the elderly
Must be willing to travel to both Los Angeles and San Fernando Valley
Must be willing and capable of providing a full range of in-home caregiving services (care plan will be given to you prior to you arriving to the client).
Must be comfortable working with clients who have dogs or cats in the home.
Experience working with Dementia, Alzheimer, Parkinson’s, Hospice, Bed Ridden, Hoarding, Cancer patients, mobility issues are a plus
Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
Vehicle Registration Card and Vehicle Insurance Card
Able to pass a DOJ/ FBI background check
Home Care Aide Registration ID # (HCA Number)
Able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.A.
Current TB test (less than a year old)
Valid CPR and First Aid Certification
High School Diploma or equivalent
