Litigation Associate Attorney
The candidate will manage large case load. Will maintain and independently handle all assigned cases, and report case progress to managing partner. Ability to track billable to hours, maintain SOL, and direct support staff. Maintain consistent client contact and foster client relationships. Should have 1+ year of relevant litigation experience in personal injury, premise liability/negligent security, trucking related crashes, criminal defense, and or complex civil litigation. Must be a self starter and highly motivated. Must have basic knowledge of all stages of Civil representation: rincluding but not limited to, drafting complaints, written discovery, injunction hearings, witness preparation, taking and defending depositions, motion practice, trial preparation, and appellate work; Criminal Defense: Pre-Indictment/Investigation representation, arraignments, pre-trial motions, hearing coverage, motion hearings, trial preparation and negotiation, and appellate work.
