Foley & Lardner is seeking an associate with 3-4 years of experience to join its Transactions Practice Group in Orlando. Foley’s Transactions Practice Group is integrated nationally and principally involves M&A and securities matters for publicly and privately held middle market/upper middle market companies. As a result, this position will involve working with Foley lawyers and transactions nationally, but primarily based in Orlando. The ideal candidate will have excellent document drafting and interpersonal skills and experience working on mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, venture capital financings and general corporate governance. The candidate must have a positive attitude and an exceptional work ethic, coupled with a desire to be part of a fast-paced and collaborative environment with direct interaction with both senior partners and clients. Top academics and experience required. To be considered, a candidate must hold a JD from an ABA-approved law school and must be in good standing and an active member of the Florida Bar.
