3 years of experience in trust & estates
Experience maintaing strong working relationships with individuals, businesses, trusts and charitable institutions
Drafting personal estate plans and business succession plans
Familiarity with federal and state, estate, gift and income taxes as well as probate and trust administration law
LL.M. in taxation is a plus.
