Duties

• Manage a family law caseload from strategy through resolution, including divorce, custody, and support matters.
• Appear in court throughout Arizona for hearings, conferences, and trials.
• Draft and argue motions, prepare briefs, and ensure the quality of all filings.
• Take and defend depositions, prepare witnesses, and build trial exhibits.
• Advise clients honestly and negotiate settlements when appropriate.
• Identify and flag broken workflows for improvement.

Requirements

• Active Arizona Bar admission in good standing.
• Demonstrated family law experience with courtroom appearances.
• Proven ability to manage cases independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent legal writing and analytical skills.
• Organized and able to manage competing deadlines.
• Willingness to travel for court appearances throughout Arizona.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active Arizona Bar admission.
