I am looking for someone to design and develop a “happy color” app for iOS, Android, and desktop that functions like the original.
As the app admin, it must:
1. include a way for me to load an image, turn it into a color by number experience, categorize the image, and publish it.
2. include advertisements.
3. view statistics and revenue from all three versions.
4. receive bug reports
AS A USER, I SHOULD BE ABLE TO
1. pay to have #s completed
2. track how long it takes me to complete each image
3. see my time score as a speed ranking
4. upload my own image to convert into paint by number
5. review my completed work in high-speed playback
