Duties

• Manage and litigate casualty, general liability, and professional liability matters.


• Handle toxic tort litigation and other complex civil defense cases.


• Prepare legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence with precision.


• Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced, multi-jurisdictional practice.


 

Requirements

• Current and active Bar membership in good standing in PA, NJ, NY, DE, MD, DC, and/or CT.


• Prior casualty litigation experience is preferred, though open to candidates with relevant skills.


• Superior written and oral communication skills are essential.


• Strong organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.


• Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.


 

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.


 

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in one or more of the specified jurisdictions.


 

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).


• Experience with LexisNexis and Case/File Management systems.


• Ability to track billable hours accurately.
