Duties

• Draft, review, and file summons, complaints, and dispositive motions.
• Travel to local state courts for settlement and status conferences.
• Appear on settlement conferences and other hearings.

Requirements

• Admitted (or pending admission) in Maryland.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong research abilities.
• Experience in lender-side default services is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Maryland (or pending).
