Job Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
A. Education – High School Diploma or equivalent
B. Licensure/Certification – Current State of Georgia Driver’s License
C. Experience – One (1) year experience with the Developmental Disabilities population
D. Other – Criminal background check clearance, official academic transcripts, valid driver’s license/ID, drug screen, TB test, eligible 7yr MVR.
· Demonstrate competency utilizing and managing medical records documentation systems.
· Drive and demonstrate transporting participants safely in fleet vehicles to include a lift and wheelchair tie-downs.
· Demonstrate written and oral communication skills.
· Demonstrate positive customer service delivery to internal and external stakeholders.
· Demonstrate person-centered individualized supports with activities.
· Demonstrate client rights knowledge and implement when supporting participants.
· Demonstrate competency in First Aid/CPR, Medication Management, Seizure Management, and Transfers, Visual Impaired/Blind and Hearing Impaired/Deaf protocol
