What You Will Do:
Supervises the general operation and maintenance of the Central Power Plant, HVACR, electrical staff, and grounds maintenance. Perform matters of performance reviews, discipline, budget development, planning, training of personnel in their general and specific duties, safety and effective management.
What You Need to Be Successful:
High School graduate or equivalent, with courses in shop mathematics, mechanical drawing required, engineering, etc. required. Five to eight years supervisory experience in a hospital or institutional engineering environment. Requires a Maryland 1st Grade Stationary Engineers License, maintained in good standing. Valid and current Maryland driver's license required.
