General business responsibilities may include legal support in some or all of the following areas: business and intellectual property advice, including trademark protection and patent licensing, oversight of IP litigation, contracts, procurement, business transactions and contracts, benefits, general tax matters and coordination with outside legal counsel. Position requires discretion, flexibility, excellent client service and the ability to understand and manage projects with competing interests in a constantly changing, cutting edge environment.
