Senior Manager, Global Compliance
The candidate will report to the Vice President of Global Compliance and will be directly involved in managing at least these compliance program elements (with plenty of other opportunities as the Department grows). Helping to design, vet, and implement program improvements on a continuous basis, including those relating to ethical culture. Global Risk Assessment: Helping to identify compliance risks to the Company, as well as gaps in DJO’s controls for those risks. Policy & Procedure: Working on Policy Management and developing policy, procedure, internal processes, guidance, checklists, work instructions, etc., to help mitigate risk. Communication, Education, Training & Outreach: Assisting in the continued development and management of a CETO Program; creating educational and training materials and Compliance communications; and helping to manage Business outreach efforts to engage the Business directly in the work of Corporate Compliance. Billing & Reimbursement; Health Care Professional (HCP) Interactions; Anti-Bribery/Anti-Corruption and Third-Party Management; Data Privacy (e.g., HIPAA); Transparency & Reporting; and Commercial (Sales & Marketing) Practices. A collaborative team player who truly enjoys working with others and is committed to the mission of the Compliance function and of DJO. A relationship-building, customer-focused, service-oriented individual who wants to partner with the Business to help the Business incorporate ethics and compliance into its everyday operations.
