Caregiver with Office Experience

Profile

We are looking for Certified Home Health Aides with Office experience for scheduling. You have to be able to seeing clients when needed and to help with everyday office duties. Your responsibilities would be:
Matching client's with caregivers for staffing
Documentation, Filing
Communicating with Case mangers and other Professionals
Inbound and Outbound calls
On call for after hours calls
Seeing client's when necessary
Helping the office run smoothly
Making sure caregivers a going to work with the EVV system
Being in supervisory position
Job Requirements
You are required to have:
CPRFirst Aide Certificate
Certification: STNA, Home Health Aide, or CNA
TB
Good communication skills
The ability to multi task
General office equipment knowledge
The abitiity to work under pressure
Be able to work with client's that are bedbound, hoyers, clients that have animals and are smokers
Be able to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50lbs
