The candidate will coordinate defence of 3rd party assertions, negotiate, and close licensing/settlement agreements. Develop and support the IP strategy of the networks BGs to ensure that IP plays a relevant role in the business/technology strategy of the networks BG so as to support achieving their business targets. Be a lead negotiator and close licensing deals while taking into account strategy and business goals of the networks Bgs. Support organizations in achieving business goals and targets. Ensure that working environment encourages innovation. Demonstrate strategic thinking and a broad business perspective in order to design and develop projects, processes and content relevant especially for defensive patent licensing and BG IP strategy. Must be a qualified patent attorney with licensing/litigation and negotiation experience. Familiarity with patent licenses and related legal agreements is required. Excellent command of written and spoken English is essential.
