Investigator and Case Resolution Manager
The candidate will assist firm in achieving its goal of providing an open, diverse, and inclusive learning environment by conducting timely, thorough, and objective investigations as well as coordinating other appropriate actions to address reports of sex and/or gender-based discrimination and harassment. Investigates incidents of gender discrimination, develops an investigation plan for each complaint and conducts interviews with involved parties, witnesses, and collects and gathers relevant evidence. Utilizes analytical and critical thinking skills to make credibility assessments for involved parties and interpret prohibited conduct under systemwide executive orders. Monitors and tracks ongoing investigations to ensure compliance with systemwide policies and timelines. Collaborates and consults with the Title IX Coordinator regularly to monitor and manage reported incidents to ensure an efficient effective response to reports and complaints. Assists in the implementation of campus climate surveys, departmental assessments, and other surveys. Gathers information on national trends and best practices for case management, investigations, and resolution processes. Performs other duties as assigned.
