Duties

• Manage private company mergers and acquisitions.
• Advise on corporate governance and commercial contracts.
• Prepare disclosure schedules and LLC/shareholder agreements.
• Coordinate with specialist teams and organize transaction checklists.
• Drive multiple deal workstreams and conduct due diligence.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in M&A transactions.
• Knowledge of private equity and private securities offerings is a plus.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Illinois or eligibility to waive in.
