Duties

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial real estate agreements.
• Manage acquisitions and dispositions from structuring to closing.
• Assist in structuring and negotiating corporate finance transactions.
• Represent borrowers and lenders in financing transactions.
• Conduct due diligence and coordinate with relevant parties.
• Provide strategic guidance on transactional matters.
• Collaborate with partners on complex matters while managing responsibilities independently.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• Admission to practice in Connecticut; New York and/or New Jersey is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate and corporate transactions.
• Experience with commercial leasing, acquisitions, and financing transactions.
• Familiarity with franchise-related transactions is a plus.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and client communication skills.

Education

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
