A law firm seeks a Real Estate Finance Attorney to join its national commercial real estate lending practice in Stamford, CT. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing for two days of remote work per week. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial real estate, primarily representing lenders.

Duties

• Represent lenders in commercial real estate transactions across various asset classes.
• Handle structured debt and secondary market transactions, including loan buying and selling.
• Advise on New York governing law, particularly New York lien law, consolidation, and assignments.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of experience in commercial real estate law.
• Experience in lender representation across all asset classes.
• Knowledge of structured debt and secondary market transactions.
• Familiarity with New York governing law preferred.
• Admission to the NY and CT bar preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in good standing.
