Duties

• Manage a full caseload of family law matters from initial intake through final resolution.



• Draft motions, pleadings, agreements, and legal correspondence with precision.



• Represent clients at hearings, mediations, and trials in Colorado district and county courts.



• Counsel clients through complex emotional and legal situations with professionalism and empathy.



• Collaborate with firm attorneys on cross-practice matters as needed.

Requirements

• Active license to practice law in Colorado is required.



• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.



• Client-focused mindset with a drive to achieve the best possible outcomes.



• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with professionalism and attention to detail.



• Prior family law or litigation experience is preferred; new attorneys with strong academic credentials are encouraged to apply.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active Colorado State Bar membership.
