Duties

• Collaborate with lead attorneys on all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, and trial presentation.



• Conduct rapid response investigations following catastrophic losses and manage case evaluation and reporting.



• Develop strategic legal approaches to meet client objectives in complex civil matters.



• Handle civil litigation matters across various practice areas, including transportation, construction defect, and product liability.

Requirements

• Must be admitted to practice in California; no exceptions.



• Experience handling civil litigation matters is required.



• Excellent interpersonal skills, oral advocacy, and writing skills are essential.



• Highly motivated with a strong commitment to professional excellence.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the State of California.

Skills

• Experience in insurance defense litigation is preferred.



• Familiarity with carrier billing and reporting guidelines is desired.



• Ability to work collaboratively with lead attorneys across multiple offices.



• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
