Duties

• Negotiate and draft various leases, including retail, office, and mixed-use developments.
• Prepare property acquisition and sale documents for commercial real estate transactions.
• Draft easements, CCRs, restrictive covenants, and similar documents.
• Coordinate and manage commercial leasing and acquisition/sale documentation.
• Conduct closings and manage post-closing documentation.
• Draft and review complex operating agreements and client contracts.
• Organize and lead a team for portfolio transactions across multiple jurisdictions.
• Monitor and calendar deadlines.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a large law firm.
• Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and in good standing.
• Experience in negotiating, documenting, and closing financing transactions is a plus.

Education

• Bachelor's degree and J.D. Degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts.
