Duties

• Manage and execute complex litigation matters, including general liability, professional liability, and toxic tort cases.



• Prepare legal documents, conduct research, and communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel.



• Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high organizational standards.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of litigation experience; opportunities exist for those with less experience via separate postings.



• Current and active Pennsylvania Bar membership in good standing.



• Superior written and oral communication skills with strong attention to detail.



• Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced legal setting.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).



• Experience with LexisNexis and familiarity with Case/File Management systems.



• Strong ability to track billable hours and manage case files efficiently.
