Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• Admission to the state Bar of preferred location.
• Proven legal research, writing, and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing complex matters with significant responsibility.
• Ability to interface effectively with clients and transaction parties.
• Strong business judgment and solutions-oriented approach.
