Duties

• Handle a wide spectrum of insurance defense matters, working closely with lead attorneys in all phases of litigation.
• Manage case evaluation, reporting, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation with a focus on strategic outcomes.
• Exercise sound judgment and maintain high standards of responsiveness and professionalism in client interactions.

Requirements

• Must be licensed and currently admitted to the Oregon Bar.
• Admission to the California Bar is preferred.
• At least 6 years of practical experience in litigation is required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in the state of Oregon.
