- Collaborate with industry teams to develop specialized expertise in client portfolio assets such as private equity and real estate.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in private fund formation and related securities matters.
- Proven experience drafting and reviewing fund documentation, including private placement memoranda and LLC agreements.
- Experience representing institutional investors in negotiating private fund investments.
- Working knowledge of relevant securities rules, including the Investment Advisers Act.
Education
- Law degree from an accredited institution with outstanding academic credentials.
Certifications
- Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work directly with clients and collaborate with experienced practitioners.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in a large law firm environment.
Benefits
- Annual salary range of $310,000 to $390,000.
