Job Overview
A law firm seeks an experienced associate for its Global Finance Group in Century City. This role involves representing financial institutions and alternative lenders on diverse fund finance products and derivatives transactions across various asset classes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in NAV, subscription, or asset-backed financings and will play a key role in managing client relationships and driving transactional success within a rapidly growing practice.

• Duties
• Represent financial institutions, alternative lenders, and investment vehicles on complex fund finance and derivatives transactions.
• Manage client relationships independently and move transactions forward from inception to closing.
• Contribute to the strategic growth of the practice by handling a diverse range of funding finance products.
• Provide legal counsel on secured lending matters and derivatives structures across multiple asset classes.

• Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fund finance, specifically with NAV financings, subscription financings, or asset-backed financings.
• Experience with secured lending and/or derivatives is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage client relationships.
• Must be admitted or eligible for admission to the New York Bar.

• Education
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

• Certifications
• Admission to the New York Bar or eligibility for admission.
