Duties

• Admitted to The Florida Bar.



• 2-3 years of experience in bankruptcy and creditors' rights litigation.



• Ability to work autonomously on multiple projects across different offices.

Education

• Law degree from an accredited institution.

Certifications

• Active membership in The Florida Bar.

Skills

• Strong writing, research, and analytical capabilities.



• Experience with Chapter 11 business bankruptcies.



• Judicial clerkship experience is a plus.
