Duties

• Structure, draft, and negotiate middle market lender's-side debt financing transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure successful transaction outcomes.
• Provide legal advice and support on UCC Article 9 matters.
• Engage in syndicated asset-based lending transactions.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance law.
• Strong experience with UCC Article 9.
• Preferred experience in syndicated asset-based lending.
• Admitted to practice law in the respective state.
• Self-motivated and confident team player.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice in the respective state.
