Duties

• Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, motions, and memoranda of law.



• Guide claimants through the entire case lifecycle, ensuring clear communication and comprehensive support.



• Coordinate with expert witnesses, including scheduling conferences and drafting expert reports and affidavits.



• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and other court appearances.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of experience in workers' compensation law.



• Ability to manage a high volume of cases through their full lifecycle with attention to detail.



• Excellent client service, communication, and organizational skills.



• Self-starter mentality driven by long-term career goals and professional development.

Education

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active member in good standing with the Florida State Bar Association.



• Multiple state bar licenses are preferred.

Skills

• Superior legal writing and oral advocacy skills.



• Proficiency in case docket management software and litigation resources.



• Strong ability to interact with expert witnesses and opposing counsel.
