Duties

• Supervise paralegal staff and collaborate effectively with other attorneys.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Estate Planning, Trust Administration, Litigation, or Real Estate.



• Local state bar admission is required; admission in other states is a plus.



• Professional self-starter with strong follow-through, technology, and client relations skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.

Skills

• Knowledge of basic tax, investment, and accounting principles.



• Ability to work alongside other attorneys and manage support staff.
