Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in civil litigation.
• Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Proficiency or working knowledge in business litigation, real estate law, contract law, and construction litigation preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• California State Bar membership.
