Duties

• Handle a variety of transactional matters involving client needs, including drafting memoranda and advising on regulatory impacts.



• Conduct independent legal research and writing to support client operations and legislative analysis.



• Collaborate with recognized experts and senior counsel to build skillsets and manage client relationships.



• Provide autonomy over work while maintaining ample client contact and receiving weekly mentorship.

Requirements

• Active member of the California Bar in good standing.



• 1-8 years of experience in transactional or healthcare law matters.



• Demonstrated capacity to function with minimal guidance in a demanding environment.



• Ability to accurately articulate critical issues and exercise good judgment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active California Bar membership.
