Duties
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
- Assist with deposition preparation and attendance.
- Prepare for and appear at court hearings.
- Communicate with clients under the guidance of senior attorneys.
Requirements
- Licensed to practice law in California or pending admission to the California Bar.
- 1-3 years of experience in civil litigation, including discovery, oral advocacy, and motion practice.
- Experience with class actions, complex litigation, and wage and hour litigation is a plus.
- Ability to travel on occasion.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications
- Must be licensed to practice law in the state of California.
