Job Overview
A law firm seeks a Labor & Employment Associate for its Orlando, FL office. The ideal candidate will bring 2-5 years of litigation experience across a broad spectrum of employment matters, including Title VII, FMLA, ADA, and FLSA. This role requires strong writing skills, substantial experience in HR counseling and training, and the ability to practice in federal and state courts as well as before agencies like the EEOC and DOL.

• Duties
• Handle litigation in federal and state courts involving Title VII, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and state counterparts.
• Represent clients before the EEOC, DOL, and other federal and state agencies.
• Provide comprehensive human resources counseling and conduct training sessions.
• Draft legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence with precision and clarity.

• Requirements
• 2-5 years of solid litigation experience in employment law matters.
• Active Florida Bar membership is required.
• Substantial experience in human resources counseling and training.
• Proven ability to manage cases in both federal and state court settings.

• Education
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

• Certifications
• Active license to practice law in the State of Florida.
