Duties

• Manage and prioritize a large caseload.
• Draft and review pleadings for compliance with laws and regulations.
• Attend hearings and status conferences.
• Interact with clients, opposing counsel, and team members.
• Provide creative solutions to complex problems to mitigate client risk.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of foreclosure litigation experience.
• Member in good standing of the PA and NJ Bar.

Education

• Juris Doctorate.

Certifications

• Bar membership in PA and NJ.

Skills

• Strong case management and prioritization skills.
• Excellent drafting and review capabilities.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
