A law firm seeks a qualified Associate Attorney to support its New Jersey practice group. The role involves managing a high-volume caseload in creditors' rights and real estate litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting legal research, and managing discovery. The position is based in Mount Laurel, NJ.

Duties

• Draft pleadings and conduct legal research.
• Manage discovery and support motion practice.
• Oversee case progression from inception to resolution.
• Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and internal teams across jurisdictions.
• Make court appearances and travel as required.

Requirements

• Member in good standing of the New Jersey State Bar.
• 5+ years of experience in real estate, civil litigation, and/or creditors' rights practice.
• Proficiency in case management and reporting software.
• Knowledge of Title & Lien Priority, Foreclosure, and related areas.
• Commitment to superior client care and proactive communication.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership of the New Jersey Bar.
• Additional Bar licenses are a plus.
